DCCX, the only cyclocross race in the nations’ capital and one of the largest cross events in the United States, went down Sunday, October 21, at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, D.C. As always, the men and women of host club DCMTB served up perfect weather for the day as close to 1000 participants tested their skills against the varied course terrain. This year’s race, sponsored by Raleigh Bicycles, attracted some of the best cycling talent on the East Coast and boasted an elite women field of over 40 riders.
Thanks to everybody who stopped by the Crosshairs Cycling p/b Spy Optic tent. If you didn’t get a chance to check out our killer Spy Rivet glasses or buy some swag, you can still do that here: www.crosshairscycling.com/products-page.
If you didn’t make it out to DCCX this year, definitely put it on the calendar for next. It’s a killer party with a bike race running through it.
And here’s what it looked like. Special thanks to Ryan Dudek for getting some great footage and you for watching.

ARTFUL!
fantastic video… and not just because I was in it
(did I follow the script?)
great music…
love the music… then the removal of the music for the Mariachi band
then back to the music…
and the finish…
nice closure
it all came together nicely
people may take it for granted…
but I am guessing it took hours of footage to to make this 5 minute reel
great stuff!
appreciate your contribution to your local community and out sport
as usual Pro nice work.
A Mariachi band?!
Thanks for the DCCX fix!
Nice Video!
