Crosshairs Radio Episode 56: Ben Frederick, The Threepeat

Ben Frederick, who we first got to know in episodes 9 and 20 of Crosshairs Radio, returns for a third time. Ben wanted to talk, first and foremost, about updates to the team he created in 2015, which is now called beyondCX p/b Ascent Bicycle Studio.

After a good conversation surrounding the team announcement, we move on to part ii of the show, which tackles Ben’s current condition and the recovery process from a traumatic brain injury. Four months ago, Ben crashed while riding through a sandy section on a training ride and hit his head. His journey back to normalcy from that day on hasn’t been easy.

The second half of the conversation is a tough one, but worth listening to. Despite it all, Ben finds away to keep it positive. Thanks for tuning in and please check out the new team at
