The ITCH Tour marches on with the first day of racing in the books at Trek CXC Cup. After a few blazing hot days earlier in the week, temperatures were still hot but a little better for the first day of Trek CXC Cup. Although it was “only” a C2 race today, the talent level was high as an international field showed up to Trek Bikes’ backyard party and burned in lines and sweated it out. It is the morning of day 2 and the C1 women’s race goes off in a few hours. The course will be a bit different as will the field, as some of the top players who sat out yesterday will take the start today. The Orange Seal In the Crosshairs U.S. Tour gets started this weekend in Waterloo, Wisconsin, for the Trek CXC Cup. I came out a few days early to meet up with some folks, record some Crosshairs Radio episodes, and get a feel for the event.
